Review by hotel critic
As a business traveler organizing a corporate retreat, my recent stay at AmericInn Medora was marked with a few positives but also some notable drawbacks. the hotel's prime location near Roosevelt Park and within walking distance of various dining options made it a convenient choice for our group. Despite the adequate breakfast and well-appointed rooms, the overpowering mildew smell in our room dampened the experience, hinting at a maintenance issue. On the upside, AmericInn's business amenities offered a meeting room for large gatherings, which was a plus for our retreat. the business center and laundry facilities were convenient, enhancing the hotel's appeal for working remotely. However, the unpleasing encounter with the front desk staff regarding the issue left a sour impression. While the AmericInn Medora has the potential to be a haven for business travelers with its business amenities and proximity to essential locations, attention to room maintenance and guest satisfaction is crucial for enhancing the overall experience.
